We Offer Real Estate Witness closings

Previously, our owner, Leslie Martin, was a Closing Agent in the real estate industry for over 16 years.  She has a full understanding of the real estate documents your customers will sign when closing on their home which means your customer will receive an educated answer to any questions that may arise during closing.  She will travel to your customer and close during off peak hours if needed.  We appreciate any Realtors, title companies or mortgage companies who would be interested in our services!

    Great service! Fast response time. I had breakfast delivered to our cabin. Leslie was fantastic. I mentioned it was our wedding day and she wrote a sweet card and placed it with our breakfast. Only suggestion I would make is to have a more user-friendly website or create an app where users can chat with their runners, make payments, set up appointments, and see the status of their errands. Thanks again!
